These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to https://vantraa.shop and purchases of VANTRAA press-on nail sets. The seller is Dongyang Dija Crafts Co., Ltd.（东阳市蒂甲工艺品有限公司） (“Dija,” “we”).

By browsing the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The merchant

VANTRAA is a brand of Dija, a company registered in Dongyang, Jinhua, Zhejiang, China. The U.S. line at 15411 W Waddell Rd, Ste 102, Surprise, AZ 85379 is for correspondence and authorized returns. It is not a U.S. incorporated entity, not company headquarters, and not a factory.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older, or placing an order with a parent or legal guardian. Checkout information must be accurate. If you create an account, keep the password confidential and tell us if you think it was used without permission. We may refuse or close an account used for fraud, abuse, or resale in violation of these Terms.

3. The products

Listings describe fashion press-on nail sets. Color, gloss, and printed detail can vary slightly by batch and by screen. Sets are not a medical device, not a professional salon license, and not guaranteed to last a stated number of days on every wearer. Follow the insert for prep and removal. Misuse (forcing a tip off, using household solvents not listed) can damage the natural nail; that is not a product defect.

We may correct an obvious price or stock error and cancel that line, with a refund of what you paid for it.

4. Orders and payment

Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. A confirmation email is not a promise every style remains in stock. If a line cannot ship, that line is refunded. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax may be collected by ship-to state. Pay only with the methods shown at checkout. We do not accept cash by mail.

5. Shipping

We ship only to street addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Free standard shipping applies at a merchandise subtotal of $40.00 before tax; under $40.00 the standard fee is $4.99. Cutoff, transit ranges, tracking, and address-error rules are in the Shipping Policy. Estimated dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Returns and exchanges

Return and exchange requests need written approval first. Sets that have been glued, filed, trimmed, or worn are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Unused eligible sets may be refunded or exchanged as described in the Return & Refund Policy. Unapproved parcels may be refused.

7. Acceptable use

You may not scrape the Site to build a competing catalog, overload the servers, bypass security, or reuse our photographs, titles, or layout as your own listings. Reviews you submit must reflect a real purchase or a real use of the product, and you must have the right to send them. We may remove content that is false, unlawful, or off-topic.

8. Intellectual property

The VANTRAA name, Site design, product photos, and written listing copy are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited license to view the Site and to use purchased sets for personal wear. No license is granted to reproduce the catalog commercially.

9. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and the products are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free pages, or that every set will match a photograph in every light. Product descriptions are for general information.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dija and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from the Site or an order. Our total liability tied to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limits; in those states the limit applies only as far as the law allows.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Dija harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit, as far as the law allows.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Contact service@vantraa.shop first and allow a reasonable time to respond. Subject to rights that cannot be waived, courts located in Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that proceed to court.

13. Force majeure and assignment

We are not liable for delay caused by carriers, weather, labor issues, utility failure, or government action outside our reasonable control. We may assign these Terms in connection with a sale of the brand. You may not assign your account without our consent.

14. Changes and entire agreement

We may update these Terms. The posted version applies to new visits and new orders. For an order already paid, the version in effect when you paid applies to that order. These Terms plus the named policies are the entire agreement for use of the Site. If a court strikes one clause, the rest remains.
