This Privacy Policy describes how Dongyang Dija Crafts Co., Ltd.（东阳市蒂甲工艺品有限公司） (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and stores personal information when you visit or buy from https://vantraa.shop (the “Site”), branded as VANTRAA.

By using the Site you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Who is responsible

The controller for VANTRAA customer data is Dongyang Dija Crafts Co., Ltd., No. 160, Huashui North Road, Jiangbei Subdistrict, Phoenix Community, Dongyang, Jinhua, Zhejiang 322100, China. The suite at 15411 W Waddell Rd, Ste 102, Surprise, AZ 85379, United States is used for customer mail and authorized returns only. It is not a separate U.S. corporation.

2. Information we collect

You provide: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, order notes, photos attached to a support request, and account passwords if you create an account.

Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP, cookie and pixel identifiers, and basic server logs.

Payments: card and wallet data are handled by the processor shown at checkout (for example Shopify Payments or another listed gateway). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

From others: carriers may send delivery scans; payment firms may send fraud or settlement notices tied to your order.

  • Answer questions about fit, style, shipping, and returns
  • Process approved refunds and exchanges
  • Detect fraud, abuse, and chargebacks

Order, tax, and dispute files are kept as long as bookkeeping and claims reasonably require, then deleted or anonymized when we can. Support tickets and photos follow the same idea. We use HTTPS and access limits. No online system is fully secure. You are responsible for keeping account passwords private.

8. Your choices

Depending on where you live (including California and other U.S. state privacy laws), you may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing. Email service@vantraa.shop. We may need to verify it is you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right that the law gives you.

You may unsubscribe from marketing in the email footer. Transactional mail about an order will still be sent.

9. Children

The Site is directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it where required.

10. Do Not Track and links

The Site does not respond to every browser Do Not Track signal. Third-party pages we link to have their own policies.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. The new version carries a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be posted on this page.
