A business day is Monday–Friday except U.S. federal holidays.

Window

Ask within 30 days of the delivery scan. Sets must not have been glued, filed, trimmed, or worn on nails.

Missing pieces or damage in the mailer: write within 7 days and attach photos.

Usually accepted after approval

  • Broken tips or a crushed mailer on arrival
  • Wrong style or size versus the order
  • Unopened, unused sets we approve for a change of mind

Usually declined

  • Sets that have been applied, filed, trimmed, or worn
  • Missing nails or adhesive that were in the pack when it shipped
  • A parcel mailed with no written approval
  • A request after day 30
  • Final-sale goods unless we shipped the error

Write first

  1. Email service@vantraa.shop or call +1 623-788-5649 with the order number. Say refund or exchange.
  2. Attach photos for damage.
  3. Wait for approval and the return destination (usually 1–2 business days).
  4. Ship only to the address in that note; keep tracking.

Exchanges

You may ask to swap an unused set for another style or size still in stock. Name the replacement in the first email. We send the replacement after inspection, usually within 3–5 business days.

Our error: reasonable return postage on us when the approval says so; we cover outbound on the replacement. Change of mind: you pay return postage; we cover outbound on an approved swap. If the style is gone, we refund instead.

Postage and refunds

Our error: return postage on us when approved; product refund if you do not exchange; no restocking fee.

Change of mind: you pay return postage; product price back after inspection; the $4.99 outbound fee, if paid, is not refunded; free outbound on orders $40+ is not paid out as cash; no restocking fee.

Approved refunds are submitted within 5–10 business days after inspection. Banks may take another 5–10 business days.
