Dongyang and Surprise

Sets are made under Dija in Dongyang, China. 15411 W Waddell Rd, Ste 102, Surprise, AZ is for letters and authorized returns. We do not treat that suite as a factory or as the dock every outbound carton leaves from.

Packing clock

Paid orders usually start packing in 1–2 business days.

Cutoff: 2:00 PM MST on a business day when stock allows. Later, weekend, and holiday orders start the next business day.

Transit

After the first scan, many lower-48 parcels move about 5–10 business days. From payment to the door, a common range is 6–12 business days. Ranges are not guaranteed dates.

Tracking

We email tracking when the carrier has the parcel. Public scans can lag several hours, sometimes a day.

Damaged on arrival

Photograph the outer mailer and the set before discarding packing. Email service@vantraa.shop with the order number.

Address errors

Include apartment or suite numbers. Change an address only before dispatch. A parcel returned for an address you typed may be resent (postage may apply) or refunded for the product only. The $4.99 outbound fee, if charged, is not refunded in that case.
