Our Production
Tips start as blanks, then take color, print, or stone work on the floor. After coating they sit until the surface is dry enough to bag. Someone checks for a missing tip or a rough edge before the pack is closed. We run a set list of shapes—coffin, stiletto, short square, French—so a listing can match what leaves the bench.
Wear time still depends on how the set is prepped and taken off; the card in the box covers that.
Stock in Dongyang
Sealed packs sit on racks by style so a paid order can be picked without opening every bag. Film wrap keeps dust off the boxes in the aisle. When a line sells through, that style is off the site until the next batch is checked in.
This stock is at the same site as production. A return that we approve is written to the Surprise suite, not to these racks.
Product Display & Selection
Rows of bagged sets make it easier to compare a clean French tip with a stone set or a printed pattern before a style is photographed for the shop. On the product page you get the shape name, a count of tips when we list it, and care notes. Swatches on your phone will not match the tip in every light; that is normal for gloss and chrome.
Our Approach
Prices, ship-to limits, and return rules are on the policy pages, not only in this paragraph. Because you cannot hold the tip before you pay, read the shape and the “unused / not applied” return rule before you order.
We do not promise a set will last a fixed number of days on every wearer. Prep and removal follow the card in the box. A set that has been glued, filed, or worn cannot be sent back because you changed your mind.
